So for period of time we went to a real website, then just Facebook and Twitter.....but nothing beats the good old blog. So we are back in the blogger-sphere!
Looking thru the pictures from the Wausau 24 this weekend I found the best one and the most fitting to begin the next chapter of blogging....this is what the Flyers are all about....having a great time with great people....on and around 2 wheels.
Start sending me the pics so we can get this thing up and cranking, going back to the way it was and should be....Flyer Style!
Great job to the mega amounts of Flyers at the 24, way to rock and rep, love the team unity! Next up is Sunburst......all while we prepare for the RAMBLE! Who racing and who is available to help out :) Let me know.
Check this blog frequently and please send me anything you think is blog-able!

WORS Registration is Open!
WORS registration opened yesterday for the series and the all-in-one. Individual events open soon.
If you plan to do most of the races, I highly recommend the all-in-one. I have done this the last two years and it is very convenient. All you have to do is go to the WORS tent at the race and sign your form and you are done! No waiting in line for registration, etc. And you can pick your own series number right now (if you are in to that sort of thing) - so you all can yell at 2901 when you are lapping me in Sport....

Drop Q an email for the rides so that he can figure out car pooling or directions, and time or route changes, etc

New Years Day 2011
The 6th Annual New Years Day ride is in the books, a true hardcore group showed up with bells on ready to start the new season and new year. 23 riders bundled up and grabbed their trusty ol' steeds......as a brutally cold wind was awaiting to remind us all that it was January 1st.....winter.
The mandatory group shot......we have no idea how strong the wind is going be slapping us in the faces for the next 2 hours! We pulled out of the parking lot and Cole J shifted into 3rd gear and hit the gas, the first solo break attempt of the day was on!
Reeled back in shortly, the lead group only had to be reminded once that it was a group casual pace ride.....well behaved today! The head winds were epic.....wow, strong enough to blow your bike almost out from underneath you, and cold enough to burn the skin on your face.....but damn was it a sweet ride :)
Warm fluids hit the spot, nuff said.
More warm stuff.
More warm stuff.
Our annual stop at Lambeau for the group statue photo, the hardcore having a blast on the frozen tundra (concrete). When we left Lambeau and rounded the side of the stadium.....the strongest and coldest wind.....OUCH.
Thanks to all who ignored the howling wind and sort of cool temps, everyone that rode agreed it was a blast and for sure a great way to spend New Years morning.....now we just need more snow for skiing and to make the creeks a little bit better for riding, have a good week and ride on!
