Chequamegon 2009

Ryan just finished his first 40......great race and then good times after.....including the NASCAR stop.....fast pit!

Warren continued the stellar season, knocked another 15 minutes off last year I think he said.....nice ride! Get ready for some Chili!!!

Random shot as we were getting set to pre-ride, is there a theme here.....everyone wearing a beer jersey? Must have been looking ahead to Saturday night!

More Chequamegon......

Giesen finishing a great race.....especially when you consider he was one of the wounded at the Ramble! Aug. 30th he suffers a dislocated shoulder and Sept. 19th he races 40 miles.....very well at that! Tough Guy!

Former Team 2 what is sort of now the Flyers........Cole House chasing Sheboygan's Brian Matter up the final hill......Cole took a close second.......almost catching Matter!

More fast guy ties to the Flyers, Ryan Baumann started with us when we were the Aurora BayCare team I think? Amazing and awesome to see how far he has come and I know we are all proud of Ryan! He finished an awesome 5th overall......two in the top 5 with ties to the Flyers!!!

Gantz went out and ripped up the shoulder on his new jersey, word from team HQ is that he will be fined for mutilating the Flyer Jersey :) Tough day for Jeff as the sharp left got him and roughed him up a bit, heal up Gantz!
Nice job to all, we had about 12 or so Flyers up there.....awesome to see you all roll accross the line! Special props to Bill Peters and Ryan Usiak, rookies that faired extremely well, under 3 hours in their first 40....rock on boys!

Dale Lenss enroute to an age class win, see Dale.....Seth was right about the course being perfect!

Cole Jacobson in the dust after coming down the hill and heading out on the lap.

Stephanie ready to rock at the start line, nice job.....5th place age class finish!
Nice job to all again who made the trip down, great course on a beautiful warm day, two more to go and they are both close to home....big numbers for the Flyers!!! Stay tuned for a small cross race coming up in Shawano, we are the supporting club so it would be cool to get a few of youz guyz up there to put on a little show!
Time to head up Nort'.......Chequamegon time!
